Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns for store credit or product exchanges within 14 days of item being delivered. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached.
To complete your return, please email hello@firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED BEFORE YOU MAIL THE ITEM BACK TO US. We are not responsible for items mailed back without first being approved and cannot guarantee full refund in such events. Once approved, please print out your receipt and mail it along with the item(s) you wish to return. Shipping cost is the responsible of the customer and any shipping fees associated with your order are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will either receive store credit or an item you wish to exchange for.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for shipping fees associated with mailing the items back to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
